Pic of Iceman ICED UP!

oo ok, damn it i can't order my tickets yet..as they are not doing it yet

while not logical, I think it would have been funny to see him covered in snow like in the original comic... haha

Im actually contented with the movie version of ICEMAN's ICING UP! lol ;) a little of frosting would do the job. :p

I wouldn't have minded that, but he wouldn't be the Iceman we've become used to then, he'd be more like Snowman.
I love those old X-Men comics, I even like the costumes.

Good night everyone see ya later.

night

in away i am happy the movies went in a slightly different direction to the comics..some of the costumes they had were tacky lol

maybe like a throwaway scene... when he's practicing the icing-up process, he tries the "covered in snow" look and says something like "No... I don't think so" haha

It's a second mutation, hence why now he is stuck in that form. The two powers are related but seperate.

Where have you been for the last four issues? Bobby can change back into his fleshy form. And besides, he was able to turn into organic ice long before that secondary mutation took place. It was just the work of a lazy writer that couldn't come up with a better power to give Iceman back then.

Even if he had an ice afro, it would still be acceptable. Or at least blocked off hair. I guess you can't please all of the fans all of the time... We should just be happy that he's iced up... period.

What book is this? I collect Uncanny, Astonishing, and regular and I haven't seen anything about him being able to go fleshy again. Was it another X-title?

And I know about that, I was just saying that people get the impression that he covers himself in ice when he's really turning himself (and clothing) into ice, like how Colossus turns himself into metal.
