I made a mistake. If you are trying to use that information on the Gotham PD internal Affairs website it's wrong. Sorry about that. The information for the Gotham PD Internal Affair website is this I believe:

username "Barhyteglenn ," and the password is "tevredenheid."

That's also from the BOF website. I just tried it and it worked. There is an associated file underneath.
