Piracy is a crime

and all crimes are punishable by death? who made that video?

edit: I guess the point of the video is to illustrate that piracy isn't as serious a crime as some of the other acts depicted.

Talk like a Pirate Day is NEXT WEDNESDAY... Today is Programmer's Day and the first day of Ramadan.

The video was funny until the the crapping in the policeman's helmet, then it went over the top and not the funny kind of over the top, the lame kind.

I don't know who made the vid, I saw it on a site.

People act like piracy is worse then murder most of the time.

Piracy's ok, especially in regards to preservation...

Until the day comes when you can test a movie like you can test software before buying, it isn't going to end. People do it sometimes just to see if a movie's worth all the money they'll be spending to see it... As someone who's spent money on bad movies, I see nothing wrong with it.

This is a parody of the anti-piracy messages before British movies, isn't it? In that context it's funny, they're at least this poorly thought out

Yep and I hate them. Every movie you get says piracy is a crime and that stupid music plays. What I don't get is, if you do piracy you oviously won't see that anti-piracy thing, and if you do see it that means you have not pirated....

more a parody of the american version of these commercials, hence the FBI man.

I know, but American ones are usually a "celebrity" from the movie industry (i.e. the stunt coordinator of 2 Fast 2 Furious or something) telling you how it hurts movies. The British ones I've seen are much more into "You would feel bad about raping a baby, why don't you feel bad for downloading a movie?"

I blame the movie going audience for crappy movies because most people pay for them.

Norbit and Wild Hogs earned so much money:cmad:
While films thats are great get no audience.
