I know I'm not the only one who loves this series.

Planet of the Apes is great, some of the sequels are extremely underated, especially the 4th one. thats Conquest aint it? Actually PoA4 is absolutly fantastic as long as you turn it off before the added on second half of his speach at the end.

planet of the apes 5 is just bad though. like seriously they couldn't get more than 30 people to film a battle scene in a movie titled BATTLE for the planet of the apes?

Yeah Conquest is the 4th one.I really hope the reboot/remake of Conquest is good.I agree Battle was a complete disappointment.The only thing I liked about Battle was the Cornelius/Aldo fight. I personally liked the Escape the best out of all the sequels.It was a little silly ,but good 1960's silly.

I've seen some of the TV series haven't read the comics,but I've read the Original novel.Which is incredible.The TV show seems interesting from what I've seen.I've seen bits and pieces of the animated series which is okay.

I love all of 'em. Except the 5th one, Battle. It was so-so.

I love Planet of the Apes.

I was lucky enough to see all the movies first run at the theaters. Saw the live action series when it was ran. Watched the cartoon series when it was first run. They are all on DVD now.

I had the comics...but had to sell most of my collection back in the 80's.

I had to google Kamandi,I am now interested.It sounds very similar to apes.Is it any good?

The novel is good....pretty different from the series of movies. Don't want to give anything away for those who haven't read it.

I read Kamandi when it first came out around 30 years ago (haven't seen it since)...I remember it as fun at the time.

I love Kamandi I read a couple of Kirby's original run. He came out in Wednesday comics which is also good. He also came out in Batman Brave and Bold cartoon if you're interested.

I love these movies; i even like the tv series and Burton movie. This franchise has so much potential; it needs a gritty, well done re-make.
