I don't think he did.
I know that he was mentioned in The Greatest Story Never Told - Ralph Dibny (Elongated Man) complained to Booster Gold that he was stuck on cleanup duty while Plastic Man was saving the day.
He might've shown up in the last season, but I'm not sure. I haven't seen much of that.
