funny movie, great cast,.....

this is how superhero comedys should be made....NOT zoom or skyhigh!:o

sequel worthy?

and not only that but there powers were funny AND ORIGINAL too!!!

genene garofolo was great!.....so was pee wee herman

Yeah, this movie great.
Original and very out of whack, but great movie, nevertheless.

ya I really liked the characters and such in mystery men, but one thing I can't recall about it is the villain. If there is a sequel, they need a better more memorable villain.

I loved Hank Azaria as the Blue Raja throwing cutlery with the best of them

i disagree with you about sky high, i thought it was great, and thought that mystery men was 'meh' overall, but it had more than a few parts/ideas/performances that would warrant a sequel.

it's one of the few movies that i liked stiller in.

yeah but mystery men had new ideas and powers

sky high had nothin:confused:

as far as new powers, sure, it had nothing, but it had heart, and by the boat loads...

yeah but the REALLY cliche kind....

it happens in every highschool movie..

new guy gets nerdy friends.... new guy gets accepted into cool guys group... new guy rejects nerds.... new guy finds out cool guys are using him.... newguy apologizes to nerdy friends... nerdy friends accept him...

^
that formula is annoying the crap out of me.

Mystery men had heart....but comical heart:up: :)

& lets not forget the new guy gets the Chick each Movie

well,i guess we'lll have to agree to disagree. i know it was a pretty cliche movie in alot of ways, but i think it put itself together in a new way, and i dug it.

Most of the time yes but very rarely the Jock / Cool Guy becomes Friends in the end. The most recent I can think of is the Movie "Cursed"

Hank Azaria was f***in priceless, but the rest was just okay.

I'd prefer a Galaxy Quest sequel.

that was a rare ocasion considering he was only friends because the guy had wolf sexual hormones or something like that...
