I have this. It has pretty much everything you want. It has an FM tuner and voice recorder that can record up to 10 min.



It's 4 or 6 GB for $180. One thing that's really handy with this is that the battery is removeable (it removes like a cell phone battery). So if it ever freezes, you can just remove it and put it back in. In the 2 years I've had mine, I've done it once. It's a nice small size as well and comes with a plastic shell to put it in. You can attatch a clip or stand to the back of it. It has its own software to put music onto (can't use iTunes if you have it); but it's simple to use whether it's ripping CDs or putting music onto it.

Any thoughts on Sony? Some have advised me against it, saying that Sony's strict policy makes it difficult to store music in its devices. Furthermore, transfer of files from the PC to the device requires a specific software and one can't simply drag and drop the files.

Sony is very propreitory in how they sell their products.

Actually, after one friggin' day, I'm already regretting it.

After realising how cool it is, I been thinking to myself that I should've got myself an MP4 player instead. A Zen or something.
