I havent ordered anything from Amazon in ages, at least since my Prime ran out. Their prices arent that hot anymore and I hate paying for shipping

Well if it is a new release then yeah there's not much of a difference but there's a lot of blu rays that worth getting for under $10. Like right now JP Trilogy on blu ray is going for $24.

Blu-Ray:

Apocalypto
Close Encounters of the Third Kind (30th Anniversary Edition)
Misery
The Silence of the Lambs

Ordered the Blu-rays of Rob Zombie's Halloween movies and awaiting them to arrive at the store.

Amazon is a good site, the deal of the week is the Planet of the Apes collection for 25.00.

I use goo gone to clean the stickers of my blu ray covers. It works good.

Goo gone is worthless when the stickers rip the cardboard when you try and pull them off.

That just sucks. I've been fortunate not to have that happen. I spray a little goo gone before I start to do any peeling and hope for the best.

ghost rider spirit of vengeance
superman vs the elite

This is true i am thinking about getting some myself bc there are quite a few blurays for a good price.I need to get my bluray collection up but i dont just buy anything on bluray.

Im looking at the heading of this thread and does anyone here still buy DVDs? I think the last one I can recall purchasing was season 1 of Heroes but that was back when Universal was HD-DVD exclusive and I had no choice to own the series. All my tv and movie purchases are exclusively blu-ray except maybe that rare case when a TV show only comes out in DVD form. I may have purchased The Office s1-4 and Arrested Development after or around the same time as Heroes (cant remember) but my point is its been years since I bought a DVD

I'll buy a dvd if there's no blu ray option and either if it's cheap or that I must have it. I'm still waiting on that Mask of the Phantasm blu ray! :cmad:

....but I bought the dvd years ago for $4 that also came with Batman & Mr. Freeze: Subzero

Only as a last resort. I bought The Avengers : Earth's mightiest Heroes and some other t.v. series that will either take a long time or never be transferred to blu ray.
