How are some people getting Avengers on blu-ray already?

In some countries Avengers came out at the end of August while the U.S.A. folks have to wait until September 25th.

I just picked up the steelbook in advance for 7.50 at Best Buy. I might buy the film at Target for extra special feature disc.

Also , it's been said but some countries already got Avengers.

The lawsuit didn't effect the individual DVD/Bluray editions of The Avengers so that will still come out on September, 25th 2012.
