I admit I am kind of old fashioned and for some bizarre reason, the physicality of holding something to me means I own it. I guess I am in the minorty and this current generation seems to stream or view everything on a phone. Where is the satisfaction of viewing something at home on your 65" inch tv? How is it the same as watching it on something the size of your hand? I dont get it [scratches head]

Are Blu-rays outdated technology?
Are they a thing of the past or soon to be?
Are we just going to end up paying a fee to a company to view it when we want online or thru our TVs?

im definitely a physical copy over digital copy person as i have over 1200 blu rays in my collection. but, i can appreciate the ease of digital when it comes to travel etc. like i'm going to be traveling this weekend, and i can watch something on my ipad in the meantime.

but, i've become a lot more selective in what i'm buying. i'll never pay more than $5 for a digital copy of a movie
