Power Supply compatibility

Here's the power supply that I was using before (it died out on me):

Here's the power supply that I want to replace it with:

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if this new power supply will still be compatible with what I had in my PC before...

Possibly as long as you have the 4 pin extra power cord space on your motherboard the new one has. Might work without it though
