Predict Summer 2033

A Men In Black reboot starring box office superstar Jaden Smith and Channing Tatum.

I can't even begin to imagine what the entertainment landscape will be like in 2033.

Imagine if you had twerked in front of Steven Spielberg in 1993.

:shudders:

I guess a number of classic DC superheroes have went by at the cinemas by then. Am I too optimistic?

Comic-Con 2033: Rumors swirl that DC/WB is planning a Wonder Woman movie, but nothing official is announced.

Taken 12 - Liam Neeson has to save his great-grandchildren.

What are the popular shows with kids right now? We'll probably be getting big-screen versions of those like we got Transformers, GI Joe, and rumors of Thundercats and Voltron over the last decade.

I wonder what people thought of 2013 cinema in 1993.

"We'll all be driving our flying cars to the Cloud City Cineplex to watch the new Die Hard movie!"

One out of three ain't bad.

Not sure about 93 but I know what they were expecting back in 1989 for 2015...

I was promised flying cars in 2015. :argh: I'm putting my money on Tesla to do it given Elon Musk is essentially the real life Tony Stark. You've got 2 years Musk, make it happen!

Oh man, I can't wait for 2033 and read this thread *saves it into favorites*.

I think a James Bond movie around those years is guaranteed. The character has demonstrated that it works in every era.
Beyond that, I have no idea.
Maybe we should do this but for 2020 -closer and a little easier to 'guess'-.

All the children's shows of today will be made into an adaption by then so expect a Ben 10 movie

The Chinese market has become so huge that a Chinese movie will be the biggest hit of the summer. :)

A movie about killing a bunch of Nazis, which the GA loves (and with good reason).

In 2033 Hollywood will finally produce a big budget, R-rated adult dramatic film that also happens to be a full length animated feature. And then they'll say, "Hey, we never realized that cartoons don't have to be at least partially aimed at kids". It goes on to get a best picture nom.

I don't think it would qualify as a "cartoon" then. And the Japanese already does this with their anime.

Twilight remake
Game of Thrones remake
Mad Men remake starring Robert Pattinson
