Prediction: Kick @ss 2 Will Have Its Own Thread Areas

I predict when Kick-Ass 2 get's greenlighted it will have its own listing on "Superhero Hype! Board" instead of a loesy thread under "Generl Movies > Marvel Films"

I mean, "What the Heck?" somebody dropped the ball here around sometime last Augest.

Raves after Comic Con

Popular comic book run that was ground breaking to say the least.

Out marketing any other movie in the past year.

Multiple posters released

Two "Red Band" trailers, plus a bunch of clips

Multiple good to great reveiws

Independantly made, with NO studio interferance

The nuts to go for A hard "R" rating, something two Punisher movies, Man-Thing, and Ghost Rider could do.

And still no love or respect? Only a silly McLovin' post to go to. Sad.

I hope this movie rocks in the dough!

I was searching for any other Kick-Ass threads other than the one we have here. I thought there would be an official thread discussion with an appropriate title but I suppose that was it.

Kick-Ass is a ****ing brilliant movie, i loved it!!

animexcel, Point on. And also this movie was made in an unorthodox fashion without upfront finance. SuperHeroHype had no way of knowing if it was going to get a run at the theaters, let alone a direct DVD release. And a hard R scares the hollywood black suits to death, no young teenage girl repeat viewing. If it goes like it looks the 2nd one will get its due.

This 16th, then May 7th IM 2. Comic Con "Mighty Thor" & hopefully Cap news! Stoked!
