They are now getting into the cord cutter business. 35 bones a month for ad free tv.

Internet media is already taking over as the most popular source of content compared to television, why make this sorta switch?

Kind of hilarious with Trump and Co doing everything they can to gut net neutrality which means all these people trying to "cut chords" are going to be paying out the ass with data limits on their internet bills for their homes.

If that doesn't sound like fun then maybe give your congressman a call and let them know how you feel about that....

The problem is many under 35's just aren't interested in regular TV anymore, so I don't think this is going to solve the problems these networks are facing.

It's not a millenial/hipster thing. People consume TV differently now. It's no longer common to talk about last night's show at work anymore. People just binge on shows, watching them in their own time. Our lives no longer have to revolve around making sure we don't miss our favorite shows.
