Different psychiatrists will have different views, and as for it being hard to fake, what about that experiment a few years back where a perfectly sane person was admitted to a psychiatric facility, acted completely "normal" and the only people who saw him as insane were the other patients? I'd say that while it may not be easy to fake it, it is possible, especially once that label is placed on you.

He should not be executed. Look at his face. He is old and sad looking, drag that pain out. Same goes for everyone else in jail. Killing is the easy way out. Make them suffer, because in the long term, it's torture for most people. It's worse than dying.
