There have been hundreds of hours of testimony from witnesses, including 10 medical specialists paid tens of thousands of dollars. The judge himself even hired an expert to help him make sense of it all.

We really need to get our justice system fixed to reduce these frivolous lawsuits.
Maybe have the losing party pay the attorney's costs if it's not a criminal hearing. That way lawyers would stop taking these kinds of cases. I suspect these court appointed *****e bags don't care what they take since they get paid either ways.
