^ That was not the issue. trust me on that.

If they rejected you for a loan, you should consider asking why you were rejected and what you could do to increase your chances of acceptance.

Yeah if banks were more kind to me. I hate the way they can talk to you sometimes!

I have no idea who Proof was. I felt like being a part of something by pretending to mourn his death and defending this thread.

Public mourning is weird. People who never knew the deceased or what they did when they were alive feel the pain??

y'know, this is too bad, and i'm sorry to hear it and all (as D12 is one of the few rap groups i actually like)... but, seriously, you've got money, fame, friends and a family, and still you go and hang out in seedy night clubs along 8mile road... why? to keep up your "rep"? to prove that you're still "gansta?" stupid stupid stupid.

i though people wanted money so they could have better lives?

True indeed.

Tons of rappers still go to there old hangout spots though, regular people too. They got the right, one night where gunshots happen aint gonna slow that.

True but you think they would try and keep a lower profile???

He was going to that club all the time after he was famous so why would have this been different. It's like it was his first time coming back to a dangerous place or something.

Why would you stop going to a club you liked just because your famous?

Well if that was a normal night out for him he could of thought about his life style choices? Just a thought.

Metalica "My lifestyle determines my deathstyle!!!"

Not trying to turn this to rap vs metal I like both.

To get away from the potential of violence.

You should stoned for using a Metallica lyric that's so corny lol. But nah how you gonna tell a person that after they go there all the time? That's like a person who died in a flight hijacking they should have taken the train despite him flying a million times before.

Its more like telling a person who flies on a crappy airline that has been known to have crashes to ride a train even though the person has flown on that airline a million times:o

I don't think he knew he was gonna get shot. There is nothing to say he wouldn't have got shot anywhere he went. It doesn't matter if he was in a bad area. 2pac got shot in los vegas i think.

I don't really think Proof was thought of as a hardcore gangsta rapper anyway, his lyrics where violent at times but in a comical way. he was hardlt DMX, 50 Cent or nothing

The key thing is that he flew a million times before so by then he would take his chances, not his fault

Is it fair to say he belonged to a culture where this thing is more likely to happen?
