Punisher console games

Anyone got any news on the punisher 2 console game? It's been really quiet for a long time now so if there is a progress report from anywhere it would be appreciated. Also does anyone know if the punisher is playable in the ultimate alliance game. I had heard that he was but cannot find anything online to verify this. Cheers!
