Found? Ruza Pavlovic, a grandmother, claimed she found the puppies which were thrown into a river and is now looking after them

What disturbs me more is that, if this grandmother is telling the truth, it shows that teenager has repeated this atrocious act more than once.

The girl needs to be put away for life. This is how serial killers and sociopaths start out.

It's probably not the puppies, but she said she found them in the river. Maybe the girl has done this crime more than once?

Not to worry, 5 girls were found wearing red hoods in that part of city and were taken to the river, thrown in and drowned. Case closed, one of them has to be the one who did this.

So I guess people throw puppies into that river on a regular basis and this girl was the only one stupid enough to film herself doing it and put it on the internet?

The video I saw had black puppies. Their underside was lighter, which is what some probably saw thinking they were entirely a lighter color. Found a link where they may have found the girl who did this.

Not nearly harsh enough if you ask me. Certainly jail time should be required for something like that.
