Just signed up. I don't know what to expect, though. Hoping for some good old-school Quake gameplay but I think I'll just end up disappointed.

And this seems to be PC-only?

this game series is usually popular and I'm expecting to hear console version is on the way . so far they have started with pc first which this isn't first in the games industry to do that and have(different genre it may be ) games on console later announcement wise . sky forge just announce recently they are headed to consoles.

Eh nowadays games are designed for consoles in mind first then PC if the game isn't console exclusive.

It's rare we see PC exclusives get a port to consoles years later like Skyforge. That's why I was legit surprised to see this game for PC only. But yeah, you're right... If the game is good and has a big player base then we can expect a console release ASAP.

some places are still doing it that way for their own personal reasons . half my thread are like that from last year. I found it odd too especilly as worked as game tester some time back and I instuding as dev mostly character molding make the character designs on screen and I'm studying game play design too.

but alot of people and studio's do thing their own way and what's best for them at the time. if it's a really good game I'd be happy it even makes on somany plat forms

I have interned at one of the big studios in Montreal. I know it's pretty much all about the console market (can't really blame them... $$$).

Good luck with your future career in the video game industry. Montreal is a huge game development hub. :yay:

Among the hardened warriors and alien conquerors inhabiting the Dreamlands, Anarki sticks out like a sore thumb. Anarki is one of the Champions you’ll be able to try out during the Closed Beta.
