Question about avatars and sigs

My bad, I remember reading the amount of post you needed for both an avatar and signature, but I forgot and now I can't seem to find the page where it's explained. I apologize for taking up space with this thread because I know there has to be a thread explaining this and I'm not new to message boards so I know I'm not looking good enough. And I know that there are a lot of new users that probably bring this up each month. But if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I feel really stupid. You would think that would be the first place I would look. And I did get the PM but I recently deleted it. Which turned out to be a bad idea. Alright, thanks guys.
