Lex creates New Krypton which Superman tosses out to space. what are the plans for that? will that figure into the sequels if and when WB gives the go signal?

Ask him why they put the kid in the story.

The kid bothers me too, but I don't think Singer would give anything away, as in my opinion, the kid is intergral to the plot.

We know answer. The kid is something new in Lois and Clrk's relationships. It is also next challenge for Superman.

That's actually the established assumption. Singer could have a whole different reason for including the kid in the movie.
