The Flash can move so fast he can rip open dimensional portals. Quicksilver tops out at a couple hundred miles an hour, traditionally. There is no challenge here.

Pretty sure those don't count in continuity. Your right tho, Flash and easily. Flash is what, faster than the speed or light or something? If someone wants to put up his numbers feel free. Quicksilver is like 384 MPH or something close to that. I'm prob one of the few that seems to like Quicksilver tho and wouldn't mind him getting upped in speed to near flash speed.

Heh, which is why I used 'near'. I don't want QS taking a jog and ended up in the Speedforce. I have np with him being a bit more grounded and don't want him too powerful, but I would like his speed beefed up personally to atleast be the fastest person on Earth in Marvel.

ultimate quicksilver could apparently top mach 10 at a young age, that's pretty fast.


Could anyone give an explanation how the flashes new powers can mimic speed, i don't get how the time travellling aspect can make him appear faster than he was before...

I understand how zoom's time altering powers allow him to seem fast but i don't get quicksilver's

Well I knew Marvel vs DC didn't as it was fan voted, but for a bit I thought JLA/Avengers did too, but someone corrected me on that in another thread here. Too tired to look it up, but they said that it doesn't count anymore, then stated a reason heh. If someone knows why it does or doesn't, then tell pls, if it does in DC I still don't think it does in Marvel at any rate.

I think in Ultimates #12, Quicksilver says something like he was breaking mach 5 when he was a kid...
mach 1= 762mph...so mach 5 is like around 3600mph roughly...that's pretty fast...but it's nowhere near freaking lighspeed.

Flash should be racing against the likes of Runner, or maybe Makkari
