1. Civil War - what more can I say? Will certainly stand the test of time as one of the best in the genre.
2. Deadpool - I'd call it a great time, not necessarily a great movie. I definitely enjoyed it, but I'm picky about comedy. Half the jokes landed, while the other half whiffed. Still, kudos for doing something different and pushing the boundaries with the genre.
3. Suicide Squad - For the first time I actually found myself liking characters in the DCEU. The movie stinks, but Will Smith and Margot Robbie have enough charisma to at least make it watchable.
4. X-men: Apocalypse - Uninspired from start to finish. I'm not sure how this happened, particularly when you consider that the previous entry made by the same film makers was pretty damn good. I've never loved the X-men franchise, and this is everything I've grown tired of crammed into one bloated, ugly movie.
5. BvS
As a lifelong Dr. Strange fan, I feel confident in saying Deadpool will be knocked to number 3.
