Rayman Raving Rabbids, which is developed by Michel Ancel and team (the same folks behind not only Rayman 2, but the cult hit Beyond Good & Evil and more recently, King Kong), is being designed first and foremost for Wii, which is the lead platform; the other versions for current and next generation consoles are ports.

I don't care what anyone says about the Wii's graphics, b/c this game looks good. The only quom I have right now is that we don't know how the Wii-mote and nunchuck will be used with this title.

the game was built for the wii and is exclusive for it. ancel said the game will use the controllers heavily.

This and Metroid make up the major part of my launch purchases.

I loved Rayman 2, one of my favorite platformers..and who can't love Beyond Good and Evil. Since the same team from both of those are behind it, it has to be good.

Plus the uses they have mentioned of the Wii-mote sounds really fun and creative. Plus it has silly bunnies.:D

I liked Rayman 2. This one looks alright.

The graphics need a bit of work for when it's up-ported.

Looks pretty good. I liked Rayman 2 (never finished it though) so I may pick this up if the reviews are good.

EDIT: I didn't realize this was a "timed-exclusive". Wikipedia only had Wii in the info box and that was the only thing I noticed. Anyway, the graphics are still very good. You're too particular about graphics in games. Try enjoying playing it more than about how it looks.

Hopefully they accept my request I put in the tech. boards:(

One forum to rule them all...
One forum to find them...

Wow, people are hyped about Rayman. :O

Have you ever played Rayman 2: Great Escape? It's very good.

No reason to get into it will the wolverine wanna be. I don't understand why you would come in this thread when it concerns a game you dont like. Is it just to say smart a$$ comments?

This game does look fun, I've read nothing but good things about it. Graphically, the game looks good. Lots of jaggiez but I'm not a graphics ****e. I like the way this looks

Actually, yes, pretty much. And to laugh at people hyping Rayman. :O

wow, nintendo really needs to update the graphics.

No, they really don't to make a good game.
This game looks f-ing hilarious.
I know this is one of the games I am getting when the Wii comes out.

Watch the Michel Ancel interview.
It's not what you think it is.
