Not as action-y as a Bourne film, but I'd recommend Cornel Wilde's The Naked Prey (1968). An unnamed white hunter is, well, hunted through the African veldt after he and his colleagues unwittingly insult a native tribe during one of its rituals and the tribe murders said colleagues.
