Recording Skype Sessions

Anyone ever done this?
As most know, when it comes to the multimedia aspect of PC's, I am a little clueless.

I am looking at recording a few skype sessions.
Anyone have some good experience doing this that might be able to assist with a little verbal help?

I have been using Audacity...
Works ok..
just looking for someone who has done it before on "dos and donts"
Experience learned type of things
