Red Hood reportedly a priority character for DCCU

I think this makes sense given the fact that the timeline for batman in BVS takes place right after Robins death and robins death is supposedly what the joker is locked up for in Suicide Squad.

Looking forward to a possible red hood movie it's also rumored the "John Wick" directors are being eyed to direct

Yeah, when it was announced the John Wick guys where being eyed for a DC film, I thought either Red Hood or Deathstroke.

Me too! I am worried that they are going to use Dick Grayson to tell Jason Todd's story where Dick Grayson is the one who was killed by the joker and becomes red hood

I know there was some photo of Dick Graysons grave but I'm still hoping that we will see Grayson as Nightwing, or possibly as a grown up who resents Bruce and hasn't spoken to him in years similar to how their relationship was in Dark Knight Returns

Well John Wick was awesome so I could get behind this. Interesting, cause my friend just found out about Red Hood herself and we've been discussing him lately. Then I played him in Arkham Knight (who, honestly I think was more fun to play as than Batman).
Never heard rumors of Grayson being dead, I don't want that. If they're still skittish on the whole Robin thing in the movies, just say it does exist and did happen but all off screen.

To be fair, doesn't the Agent Grayson run "kill" off Dick? Agent Grayson could be a Leitch/Stahelski film too.

Wow that's super cool! I am really excited to see them do the death in the family storyline in batman v superman and suicide squad and it could definately lead into a red hood solo movie.

I wonder how they'd exain jason todds resurrection? Would they use the Lazarus pit and introduce the league of assassins in the new DCCU given that they had such a prominent part in the Nolan movies? I wouldn't mind a new ras al ghul especially because he's such a big part of red goods origin

But I guwss With amazons and Atlantians existing in this batman universe and this gotham they could use Greek or atlanteans Magic to bring him back and not need to introduce the Lazarus pit or the league of shadows

Red Hood is superb character i love playing with it, even the appearance of the Red Hood character is too good i love his costume and now i have such type of replica jacket, found from here.

Jason should stay dead. It's far too American soap opera the way in which he came back. They messed it up. He should have been Hush, raised by R'as Al Ghul and heir to his throne. A total out and out nutcase villain. I hate the emo Punisher knock-off version.

I'm onboard for a Batman: Under the Red Hood adaptation, but no thank you to a Red Hood solo film. I can think of many characters I'd rather see get solos.

Oh my god. If they make it so that Jason was tortured and killed by the original Joker, then went made and killed the Joker to become the new Joker, I'm going to find the nearest inanimate object and kick it repeatedly.

I would like to see Red Hood in a movie but they need to get an actor that can do him justice.
