@CBR Inspired casting; can't wait!
Now that's class.

*cough**cough*Amell*cough*

:o

Amell took issue with the timing of the announcement of Miller's casting, not the fact that Gustin hadn't been cast at all.

It's amazing (not in a good way) how much that comment has been blown out of proportion and intentionally misinterpreted for the sake of trying to start s***.

Amell comes across as a very nice person. Compare that to Snyder and his silly comments about Ant-Man and thinking fans do not like his Superman because he "grew him up". Then there is Ayer joining in the "F*** Marvel" chants.

Uggh.

Some fanboy said "**** Marvel" at a DC premiere. Ayer gets caught up in the moment and promptly apologizes. = "F*** Marvel Campaign".

Never change internet.

No one said there was a campaign against Marvel, but keep exaggerating.

Never change internet.

Well my name is Billy Crudup and I'm here to say I've been cast in The Flash in a major way

Yep. And that's coming from someone who's no longer interested in Arrow and has never liked The Flash.

I know it sucks for half the internet to hate what you love - or vice versa - but you don't have to be defensive all the time.

Oh I'm aware. And I'm not as pissy about it as most of the DCEU posters, but it did strike me as a bit entitled.

Anyway, to get away from this becoming a multi-page thing, I like this casting. Loved Crudup in Almost Famous and Big Fish.

Pretty happy to see Crudup in this, he was actually one of my choices for Superman back when Snyder was first announced.

"In talks" at the moment. So not definite but reasonably close.

Crudup as Ezra Miller Barry Allen/Flash's father is actually an interesting casting choice

I was kinda hoping to side step the father in prison plot point but, c'est la vie.

If Matthew Fox was still in the game, I’d say him. He and Crudup have a similar look/vibe.
