t: #Mellie4Prez
This season so far belongs to her, she is just fantastic.![]()
She's easily my favourite character on the show, Bellamy Young is a fantastic actress and had 3 outstanding scenes in this weeks ep.
I'm more or less the same way, I just want someone to call out Fitz on his ineptitudeI feel like they took the cheap way out by not finally allowing Fitz and Olivia to be together which I knew was going to happen. That said I am not a fan of Mellie but I was beyond happy to see her get Fitz and his spoiled entitled ass together. Unless something remarkable happens this will probably be the last season I watch.
I love Mellie's over-the-top personality. She would be great as the President of the United States!
Decent episode, very glad Jake put Olivia in her place.

That was a good scene, as was the one between Liv and Cyrus, then Liv flipped the heel switch on the Stepford President!![]()
t: No lies when that happened at the end and she started giving commands all I could think was ''Now that's how you do a heel turn Vince''Just occurred to be that the translator who was seeking asylum in the this episode was also Samar Navabi's brother in this past episode of the Blacklist
And lo, the night rang out with cries of "Hallelujah" at dat break up scene.
, Cant tell you how glad I am that Fitz and Liv have broken up they have become so incredibly toxic together during the last 2 seasons, sort of reminds me of Beth and Jerry's relationship (Rick and Morty)@5:00“Before ‘Scandal,’ I was actually cast in two other pilots. Both went to series, but I was fired and recast,” Washington said. “For both, it was because they wanted me to sound more ‘girlfriend,’ more like ‘hood,’ more ‘urban.’”
While Washington experienced the repercussions of not fitting a certain stereotype, she soon discovered that it wasn’t exclusive to racial cliches.
“I’ve had friends of mine say like they’re tired of ‘gayface’ and I was like, ‘What’s gayface?’ They were like, ‘It’s the gay version of blackface, like come in and be more effeminate,”‘ Washington said, recounting past conversations.
