Scarlett Johansson will join THE OTHER BOLEYN GIRL as... the other Boleyn girl, opposite Natalie Portman. Adapted from a Phillippa Gregory novel by Peter Morgan, an old hand at British Royalty, the movie follows sisters Anne and Mary Boleyn, who both dig the meat of King Henry VIII (in the form of Eric Bana) and compete with each other for his adoration. Uhh, something tells me the Boleyns, back in the day, looked like neither a Johansson nor a Portman. Yeah... this seems about right. Come to think of it, rather than Bana, the role of Henry VIII would probably be better suited for Dom DeLuise or maybe one of the twins that played the hospital security guard in TERMINATOR 2. To be directed by Justin Chadwick, shooting on BOLEYN GIRL is expected to begin this fall in London for a 2007 release.

Finally, the two most respected actress' outta young Hollywood together. I always thought Hollywood was coming back to form with classical beauties arising like Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightly and Emmy Rossum playing respectable roles that aren't excuses to capitalize on their hotness.
