I'm trying to find the title of a possible giallo film I partly watched years ago. I'm sure it was an Italian suspense film but I never saw the beginning nor the end. It was truly B-rated, so it's possibly obscure in the annals of Italian horror history. Anybody here giallo film buffs?

Go for it Red Mask; I'm quite a Bava fan myself. I might try and help you.

Let me slip my black-leather gloves on first. ;)

This movie was definitely not by Bava. :O It was sooo awfull. Throughout the film you'll keeping wondering, "WHY AREN'T THOSE WOMEN FIGHTING BACK, GODAMMIT?!".

I'll PM you what I remember of this film. If you can track down the title I'll be grateful.

P.S. I didn't know Dario Argento made a film a few years ago! I thought he retired after the 1980's!

What the hell does "giallo" mean?

Is it some kind of Italian pasta you eat while watching Argento movies?

Giallo it's a type of italian horror film.

Its like graphic/violent Italian mystery movie.

I didnt see the last Dario Argento movie (the card player) Because the one before that (Sleepless) was sooooooooooooooooooooo terrible. I couldnt even finish it..

I'm not a huge fan of Argento, but I have to admit he can shock me. The House of Wax remake has a similar approach to giallo's indulgent gore. Did we really need to have Elisha Cuthbert's finger cut off? Or see how a wax corpse is methodically made?

the finger scene was by far my fav part.

BRUTAL!
