Season 6 DVD - 9/18

so did the blu ray version come out cuz i went to two best buys and they had none of it but had plenty of hd dvds or is it just sellin out
 
:woot: Got mine at BestBuy today, couldn't resist getting the free little book with it.

They had it on a display right at the front of the store and I'd say about 60% of the sets were gone already, and that was mid-day. I also picked up Doomsday, which was on the other side of the same display.

This is cool. :D

The free little book was very cool indeed, much better than I had anticipated. Tho I still prefer the bonus DVD from last year. I like video extras not more stuff to read lol. But lots of cool pictures in it.
 
Okay.. I'll ask here since this is closer to being the proper thread.

My WinDVD player is asking to be drop-kicked across the room. The sound and picture are doing weird things. I've never been a big fan of the capping capabilities anyway, so no big loss.

Any suggestions for a better program to play AND make caps from DVDs?

Not really! :O But what's the book you got?
 
The book with the DVD I believe is updated (as Njdeh said on my site) to include Season 6. I haven't had much time to look over it yet, but it says right on the front "Exclusive including Season Six". It also has the Best Buy logo on it.

Only if you buy your set at BestBuy (not sure if you can also get it from bestbuy.com). But I wouldn't wait too long as it might only be a limited number that have the booklets with them.

Was it the S4 DVDs that came with the Reeve/Welling posters? I went to like 4 BestBuys the morning they went on sale to find one and they were all sold out.

ETA: Just checked and bestbuy.com doesn't say anything about including a bonus book.. so I assume it's at the stores only.

Yup, only in stores. It does appear in their Weekly Ad which can be seen on their site, but yes...no internet sales.

The girl who is well-known for posting bts pics over there just reported that there is going to be a BTS Special and a separate DVD release of Smallville cast interviews, gags and bts around Christmastime. :wow:

Damn it. Why didn't I buy my DVD at Best Buy?! I used the 40% coupon and got mine at Borders instead. Oh well. If anyone's interested, I'll trade anyone 15 back issues of SV Mag for the visual guide! ;)

That would have been perfect around the time the Justice episode aired & it included the actual episode. That seems very random.
 
I wasn't going to buy this for a while - but those Green Arrow features sure have me entirely tempted.
