After months of searching for Sue Dearbon, Ralph gets a lead on her whereabouts and finally comes face to face with his missing client. However, Sue refuses to return home to her family, and instead, takes Ralph on a daring adventure. Iris faces a new challenge while Barry considers a potentially dangerous request from a trusted source.

Since the real Iris does need to be rescued from the mirror world and is trapped there helpless, then I guess she is a damsel in distress after all? And all this so-called "character development" in the previous episode to show that Iris is independent enough and can do things herself (really the fake Iris) is for nothing?

Ralph is a lucky man when he finally meets his future wife, Iris exploring the Mirrorverse, and Nash Wells haunted the ghost of Earth-2 Harrison Wells, it also highlights the biggest problem - they don't know what to do with Barry in the post-Crisis world.

Up until the Crisis, things with Barry revolve around that headline of him vanishing into the Crisis. Now there doesn't seemed to be nothing left for him to do unless they use the Multiverse problem like they're doing with Supergirl.

For the most part, I liked Sue. I think she and Ralph will make a great pair someday, especially with the chemistry shared between the actors.

That said, they really need to hire someone that focuses on overseeing any scenario involving our heroes being temporarily sidelined. The sheer amount/level of stupidity and disbelief present in this episode was a crisis in itself. How the hell does a guy with Ralph's powers get stunned/overpowered by two random humans?

I mean I know they want to show that Sue can handle herself and isn't your typical damsel in distress but they really went overboard. And I've pretty much given up in expecting something valid from the writers when it comes to explaining on how any villains without teleportation powers/devices could run away from him given his ability to travel across the entire city within a matter of seconds.

It was predictable that Sue would turn out to be a manipulative thief but I do feel sorry for Ralph as he genuinely wanted to help her and the two actors have chemistry. I thought this was a decent episode but I do find it laughable that Ralph would get overpowered by a normal person.

The concept of the Mirrorverse was interesting. It seems like the show atm have no idea what to do with Barry as he's been taking a backseat since Crisis.

Was gonna say, yeah, much as I like Barry/Joe scenes, Barry literally arrived at the last second to help save the day. At the same time, I get it. He's been one of the focal points in the build up to Crisis, and now that he survived, he can take a deep breath for a minute.

Too bad this universe doesn't have a Superboy around. We all know how good he is at punching through reality.

A return to form after last weeks disappointing episode. I really enjoyed most of the Ralph and Sue stuff. The Iris and Eva stuff got interesting there at the end, but I thought it brought the episode down a little bit and yeah, Barry needs something to do here soon. He should be involved with getting Iris back and looks like he's the focus of next episode with the return of Grodd.

It feels like Barry lost a step, for six years his fate was set for him to disappear heroically in Crisis on Infinite Earth's battle to save the Multiverse. However since TPTB switch it with Oliver, Barry sees to have no purpose.

The Sue double cross was obvious from the get go. I felt bad for Ralph and while I bet that they will meet again. After all that's his future wife.

To be quite honest, any episode is better than last weeks episode. I’m mostly intrigued by whatever is happening with Nash Wells and this Ghost of Harrison Wells.

right now the only reason to tune in really. Imagine where this show would be if not for tom to carry the lesser stuff.

I found the Ralph and Sue interaction too frantic for this show. Flash — even with Ralph on his own — isn't as gloomy as Arrow, but neither is it entirely Looney Tunes.

Now, if they're planning to move Ralph and Sue over to Legends, that would be a good fit.

Anyone care to speculate on the Nash Wells shenanigans? I’ve literally got nothing!

Personally, I feel like Oliver's and Felicity's ending would have been more appropriate for Barry and Iris, with them in the Speed Force instead.

Sue is cute and interesting. Is she going to be a regular cast member if she's Ralph's future wife?

Who is the Iris double? I thought she was the mirror master disguised, but it seems Eva is. I thought maybe Iris's doppelganger was Eva and that maybe the one in the mirrorverse was some kind of remnant.

Is that Harry Wells or a different Wells?

I've read online that he could be Reverse Flash/ Eobard Thawne. If Nash were him, then RF would've been involved in Crisis after all.

I don’t see Nash Wells as Thawne, but the projection of the other Wells could be, but it’s almost as though Nash has a conscience about what’s going on, rather than being a villain in disguise.

Wouldn't shock me if harry is alive somehow Through nash as fallout from crisis. Could be one of those deals also where some Like nash can sense or communicate with doppelgängers of themselves from earths that didn't get restored.

I'd bet any amount of money either the mirror version of Iris merges with "real" Iris which keeps some of that progression discussed OR Iris "learns" from her doppleganger and takes on some of it's positive-leaning characteristics.

The preview for next week's episode shows...

...someone who has Father issues and mind powers. I'm sure Grodd would hate Nash for having that face.

After Show discussion with Natalie Dreyfuss

She's got one of the best personalities in the Arrowverse. Definitely in the Flash. I hope we get to see more of her. She could really be the lead of a show. She could've played Zatanna if they had decided to do a show about her.

Apparently she's the niece of Richard Dreyfuss.

Thought the episode was ok.

Wonder where they're going with Barry mentioning he's hurt, tired, or whatever since the last episode or so.

"Hey! Vin Diesel!" was so random. :funny:

Unfortunately, only a few things in this episode were really interesting. Barry and Joe trying to track down the misfiled cases, Iris in the mirror dimension, and Nash having visions of Harrison Wells. Everything else... meh... Of those three, the Harry/Joe and Nash/Harrison parts were the best - but also the shortest.

As usual, Dibney-centric stories feels like total fluff with thin plots that are like Swiss-cheese. Why didn't Cecil discern the deception Sue was playing? She's not a novice to her powers who should be blinded by 'romance.' Why didn't Ralph and Sue grab the camera after Sue rescued him? Just because it broke does not mean that the images are suddenly erased from the memory card. And why did he even need rescuing from the thug? He's freaking rubber!

And of course, they just happen to find a random key in an envelope in an office they have been ransacking for five second and it just happens to be the very key to the safe-deposit box holding the jewel...

The only thing that held water was Ralph not being able to call for help because Sue conveniently threw his phone away.

They really need someone to proof read their stories and plug the holes before they go to air.
