If his secret identity is exposed, then I'll be mighty peeved.

No revealing the secret identity, hopefully that will be something that will never happen again.

MCU's superheroes may not have many with secret identities (although DD has it), Spider-Man is a superhero who needs it desperately. It's not only that his enemies will target the people he care about (Aunt May, Mary Jane), but he won't have been able to get a job at Daily Bugle if Jameson knew who he is. I also do not believe that it's a good idea to unmask him in Civil War just because he did it in the comics.

Just to mix things up should have a scene where Peter just says **** it and starts webbing everyone in the class room in plain clothing

My guess is he'll unmask in Civil War, and the 2017 reboot is him dealing with a public identity.

At the end of the movie, he goes to Dr. Strange or Dormammu to regain his secret identity. The sequel to the reboot would then be the MCU's version of Brand New Day.

In other words, there's room for Marvel to have their cake and eat it too when it comes to the secret identity.

I really don't think Civil War is going to be about secret identities, I'm surprised so many people keep bringing it up. It won't be like the comic Civil War, in fact it will probably be much better.

The Peter Parker unmasking and then retconning via deal with the devil storyline caused a **** storm with the comics. Why would anyone think they would want to go through all that ******** again with the MCU? They are not gonna go to all this trouble of making a deal with Sony to get Spider-Man so they can make their version of the character and then create another cluster**** that they have to go back on. Spider-Man is not gonna unmask himself and reveal his identity in the MCU. Not gonna happen.

Spidey doesn't work very well without a secret identity, especially in a high school setting. Also, I seriously hope he won't take off his mask all the time like in TASM and the Raimi trilogy.

Well if it isn't going to be like the comic they shouldn't title it so. Same with AOUINO

First off, AOU is in name only anyway. They were never purporting to be making that story, and Feige explicitly stated as much. He said that they were just using that title because they liked the name as a film title, but they could easily have called it Ultron Undying or any other of the Ultron story titles from the comics. It was never like Civil War where they were doing an adaptation of that story (but not making it exactly the same as the comics).

And second, you're one to talk. If Josh Trank's Fantastic Four in Name Only isn't going to be like the comic they shouldn't title it so.

Spider-Man should keep a secret identity but a few people (e.g. Nick Fury, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers) should know who he is.

One of my major pet peeves about the current batch of Spider-Man movies(both Raimi's and Webb's) was that Peter was always taking off or losing his mask so that everyone and their mother knew that Peter Parker was Spider-Man. I want him to keep the mask on!

The new Spider-Man better be able to emote through his mask. I think Garfield was better at that than Maguire, which could be why he kept it on more as Spider-Man, particularly in ASM2.

There likely will be stuff about superheroes registering, but not the secret identity revealing. Civil War was much more than secret identities, people seem so hung up on that one thing. There will be Iron Man v Cap for sure. It will have some similarity to the comic but like DOFP there will be differences. Age of Ultron I can agree with, Marvel definitely picked it because it sounded cool.
