Shirley Walker, the composer of the fantastic Batman: The Animated Series, has passed away of sudden illness.

Damn, her scores were brilliant. It was a superb addition to the series. And MTOP's was just perfection for Batman as a whole. I also liked her scores for The Flash television series, which I watched recently. She really was a great composer.

She will be greatly missed indeed.
