Because there are going to be a logjam of sequels if Thor, Cap and the Avengers are doing well.
Paramount will get Street Level heroes like Luke Cage or peripheral heroes like Dr Strange. Disney will keep busy doing the films for the Avengers members and Cosmic, Paramount will do others on a limited deal where stories and release schedule are closely supervised by Marvel.
