Do you think there should also be a Supergirl post credits scene in the DCU under James Gunn & Peter Safran's regime of DC films? Since this film will be the 2nd film in the DCU after Superman [2025] in the slate of films to start off this phase 1 or should I say chapter 1
Me personally, I will say yes there should be a post credits scene. However, only on the basis that again like I said before in the Superman thread, same rules for me can also apply here too for Supergirl. Because you are building towards something bigger in this DCU. By something bigger, a shared universe with multiple heroes because 1 day you eventually want to get to a Justice League film but doing it the right way. But obviously you do not rush the shared universe concept right away but you build towards it slowly. Hence the post credits scene.
So I will say why? Because not only are you building future excitement for DC projects going forward but you also get to test it amongst DC fans to see if it will be successful in that regard.
