Apparently there are two competing sequels to the 1995 Paul Verhoeven film, Showgirls. One is a shoddy German production by somebody named Marc Vorlander, and the second movie is by Rena Riffel who played Penny/Hope in the original.

Neither of these are listed on IMDB and I wonder if any have the right to produce a sequel. At least Showgirl has the midget from all those David Lynch movies.
