Actually, I seem to remember hearing that Truman is still lower, and we can't really count anyone other than the modern presidents, but I won't be surprised if he tops (or bottoms, depending on your perspective) Truman in suckery.

Huh, didn't remember the 19 percentage--I kinda assumed that his approval rating wouldn't go up.

What's espicially great about this, looking at it again, is that it's plainly obvious that Olbermann wants to say "f**k." The little pause before "hell" shows that, I think.
