Sicario

Looks like my kind of film. I think Benicio is going to kill it in this film. Emily Blunt doesn't look too shabby either. She's really come into her own these last couple of years.

I read an early draft, but I hope they change a bit of the ending.

For those of ya'll interested:

Towards the end:

She ( Blunt) is left out of the big shoot out at the end. It didn't sit well for me considering she cold hold her own, but is told not to. Eh.

I have not read any reviews for this, it might have changed or done something different all together.

Reviews from Cannes sounded great, and the trailer looks great as well. Can't wait.

Yeah I agree. They should change that.

I believe Emily Blunt at Cannes mentioned there were some tweak's made to the script they were shooting during production. She talked it out with Denis Villenuve and Benicio Del Toro but I'm not sure which scene's got tweaked.

But here she talks' about the ending.

Emily Blunt = WIN

And Del Toro in a meaty role, deffo one to look out for.

does sicario only mean hitman in mexico? Online translators are telling me its just general spanish. It seems odd to phrase it that way in the trailer if so. Like "in Canada, hitman means the same thing it means in every other english speaking country"

It's probably as simple as "most of the movie takes place in Mexico, and it's about hunting down Mexican drug cartels, so we'll just go with that."

maybe so as to not confuse the people who think mexican's speak mexican lol

Enemy is good as well dude but I agree Prisoners is the better of the two.

First half of Enemy was solid...the 2nd half not so much.

I'd loved the movie all the way. Although, as someone with a intense dislike/fear of spiders, it freaked me out more than most.

Oh and it's cool to see Jeffrey Donovan getting work. I really liked him in Burn Notice.
