Speaking of the Sinister Six just how would they work in the MCU?

Of course you have your Rogues that being:

Vulture
Shocker
Scorpion
Mysterio
Doc Ock
Kraven The Hunter

With the exception of Kraven, I would imagine that is what the line-up will look like. If he doesn't turn out be an illusion in FFH, Hydro-Man would strike me as the natural choice for the 6th member, but barring that, I'm not sure who it would be.
