I know that there was a similar thread asking who should lead it, but if the Sinister Six did ever appear in a Spider-Man movie, who would you want to see in it? I would go more or less for the classic line-up including:

Doc Ock
Sandman
Kraven
Mysterio
Scorpion or Vulture
Electro

thats a good list right there. i would say to introduce the villians in earlier movies though and if they are dead as doc ock somehow bring them back, like he was in the comics. one of the members could threaten to kill sandman's family, similar to the comics.

the members should be from ASM Annual #1:up:.

Doc Ock
Sandman
Kraven
Mysterio
Vulture
Electro

If we're bringing back Doc Ock and Sandman, then why not bring back Venom and replace him with Electro?

Doc Ock
Kraven
Mysterio
Sandman
Venom
Vulture

Sandman
Vulture
Mysterio
Electro
Green Goblin

No Goblins please... as someone said... the original lineup will be fine... keep in mind 4 of those villains would have had significant screen time if its Mysterio in SM5... the only new people to introduce are Vulture and Electro... who could be written in quite easily... they could even have cameo in SM4/5 if they aren't featured villains in those flicks just so that they have at least one appearance before joining a Sinister 6... so Sony... just stick with the sig and we're set.

In consideration of the stories and plots presented by the movies, I'd figure the 6 would have to be watered down criminals.

Vulture: Aerial control over the battlefield. Close-Air range.
Rhino: He's pure muscle with a lacking of brains. Close-Ground range
Shocker: Distance control and he can more realistically bust walls than Rhino. Distance-Air range.
Beetle: More aerial control. Distance-Air range.
Hammerhead: Second in command or leader of the group. Pretty average (no real specialties) range.

Not sure on the last option..but I would likely put a "lesser important" villain into this role.

Replace Hammerhead with Electro and you'd have a good Six. Though, Mysterio would work too instead of Beetle as well.

Well, the reason I didn't choose Mysterio and Electro in my SS selection is because they have a big ability to work in their very own movie(s) as opposed to stepping aside and letting others do work with them. However, I'd definitely think Mysterio could fit in the sixth slot; the only thing holding him out is my thought that the movies could do him justice.

Ock may be dead... but reformed? Cmon he almost killed the entire city... he saved it from his own mess. A terrorist that blows himself up in a remote srea to spare innocent victims isn't exactly someone who is reformed.

He freed himself from the control of the tentacles' AI, which had previously made him criminal.

But Ock's dead and reformed. How would they explain the two?
Doc Ock could have been saved minutes after he was seen floating in the water, saved by divers on a police boat, unseen by Spidey swinging away with MJ. Brain damage, something the comic hinted at (lost of oxygen to the brain) from being underwater for too long, that's how you explain him not being reformed.
Keep it classic.

Ock
Sandman
Electro
Mysterio
Vulture
Kraven
I also agree.

Doc Ock
Sandman
Mysterio
Hobgoblin
Electro
Kraven

Yeah, that's right, YOUR CUT VULTURE!!!
