Smallville Season 8 UK Start Date

I know there are very few of us brits here but it will be on E4 starting 11th November. I wonder what will happen when we start to catch up with the US as the show goes on its rumoured 3 month hiatus. we don't usually stop half way through and restart although Sky one did for Lost

That's surprisingly early. I haven't watched it on E4 for years but the earliest we used to get it was in January.

season 7 only ended a month ago. I've never known the ratings for smallville in the UK but it must do really well for E4 considering that they repeat it in the afternoons and ITV2 repeat it as well

Yeah I've noticed it on ITV2 or 3 before. As for ratings, I know DigitalSpy sometimes mentions uk ratings.

That is early for us usually we have to wait ages....of course I have found other means to watch it :P

I was taken by total surprise when I saw the E4 trailer tonight. Don't they normally show the season on E4, then on Channel 4, then the next season on E4 etc??

For me, I started watching Smallville again last year (season 6, channel 4), and when that ended season 7 started the very next week on E4. I thought we'd have to wait until next summer for its return to E4... but wow, only a month

I think it'll be a double episode on the first night. Can't wait.

Becasue I can get HD downloads that look better than the tv airings.

it does as does oli3r.com but I like to watch UK airings too to keep ratings good. It gives them more incentive to air it quicker
