and in N.Y, i haven't seen snow yet this winter, which is good since i hate shoveling

I only got one snow day throughout my entire school career and that was during a winter course at college so no one was even around.

im in england - it never snows enough for a snow day, i don't even think there are such things here

I loved snow days; growing up in Wisconsin and Missouri we got a fair share of them. But even better is getting a job, where you can work from home. I love that, "What it snowed an inch, better work from home today." I highly recommend it.
