Cheung is drawing NA:I, which is scheduled to finish in September. Which would suggest end-of-the-year at the earliest, assuming that Heinberg and Whoever have something for him to draw as soon as he's done.

Of course, the Diamond list for May 23rd suggests that NA:I #3 is going to run late, so most likely issue #5 will be at least a month or two late.

I never thought Cheung was the problem. Yes, he's a slow artist, but they usually only delay comics by a month, maybe two. The Hitches of the world are few and far between. Plus, Marvel's already shown they're not above using fill-ins on YA.

this is ridiculous. They need to just move on without Heinberg. I would think the title would be too profitable to leave it in limbo this long. There are plenty of talented writers out there who I bet are ready to pick this up

Cheung's been drawing like this forever. He did the same when he drew X-force and guested on Uncanny X-men. His art has improved but theres little variation in teh faces

It's not really a big deal for me. Cheung's faces all look similar, but he has no trouble making them emote well. Most characters have their own unique iconography that'll let you identify them despite having an identical face to the character next to them. Heaven forbid he ever has to draw something like Peter Parker and Vance Astrovik together in civilian clothes, though.
