They showed an image of him on the last page of World War Hulk #5. Apparently we will be seeing more of him next year.

I wonder what his power level will be. Will he be greater then the sum of the parts (Hulk + Caera) or considerably less?

I would imagine his power would be a combination of that of the Hulk, and Caera. Which would make him quite a formidable opponent to any who chooses to oppose him.
