its not like we did'nt see this coming and this happens all the time in the market. you make the ipod a thousand other products similar to its pop ups. sometimes better then the original. so really how is sony sinking into a new low?

and im pretty sure we'll see one from MS. so i dont see the big deal.

were very far from virtual reality. were not even close to the tech. and even if we are it'll be to expensive toimplement. i predict 2-3 decades to go to virtual reality. and by that time i'll drop from the gaming scene, i dont belive in virtual reality. i rather have 3 demensional projection.

The Wii-mote was a very innovative idea and everything, but I honestly don't understand where all this pushing of interactivity is coming from. F**k, I want to play a videogame, not pretend to swing a goddamned sword. I have fencing and kendo for that, not a f**king remote control.

Not every game involves a sword... there's Madden which involves throwing, running, kicking, etc. Zelda, pointing, fishing, etc.

A board full of Zeniens would be boring (yet intriguing if you catch my drift ), but the Sony hate levels do reach a point of patheticness when people go off blaming Sony for the violence related to the Playstation 3 or saying how Sony is failing after Dragon Quest IX was confirmed to be exclusive to the Nintendo DS.

Im a pure nintendo fan but dont hate Sony you have to respect what they did with the Original Playstation at the time: mass appeal to the slightly older gamer with adverts targeting that audience the playstation had a lot of really crappy games but so many where made it was certain a few gems would come through as much as we all love nintendo here we have to admit we have been surviving on Mario and Zelda games, amazing as they are for far to long sony had/has a broader range of games you love race games:grand theft auto, Beat um ups your thing?:Tekken,soul blade,streetfighter etc. All these factors are why Sony own the console market and will probably continue to do so the only truoble i see for the PS3 is the crazy asking price which is beyond the reach of some younger and financhely less off gamers.

Sony have a history with peripherals that think outside of the box. The whole EyeToy series. Singstar. Buzz. Creating some kind of remote to be used in conjunction with specific games really isn't that much of a leap.

What are you talking about? Yeah, they are expanding on the ideas first brought in by a different company, but how is that bad? That's like saying Sony should have sued both Nintendo and Microsoft for using DVDs or Nintendo suing both for having a controller with buttons.

If nobody ever took someone else's idea and changed/expanded on it, then we would still be living in the dark ages.
