North Carolina is one city south of me, so of course I've been there.
I've been to Myrtle Beach in South Carolina.
You make it sound like it's this tiny little area, when they're two completely different states.

For years I couldn't figure out why Mississippi was so full of racists. When me and my Asian girlfriend drove through it on a rode trip every other person gave us the evil eye. Several years later I read the stat from the FBI that it has the highest concentration of KKK members in America.

Myrtle Beach is great! I was there about a month ago. It never gets old.

Sucks that they tore down the Pavilion, though....
