And with a new modem/router that's supposed to be an upgrade from my previous one:
Each time I take it the speeds inch up a little bit more. I took it three times this morning and it went from slightly slower down speed to slightly better down speed to minorly faster down speed. The upload speed however made decent improvements over the previous one a month ago by double.
